Are these wedding calculators free?
Yes. Every calculator here is free with no sign-up, no paywall, and no upsell. They run entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is sent to a server or stored anywhere.
What data are the calculators based on?
Tip ranges come from The Knot, Zola, and WeddingWire, cross-checked with working wedding planners and reviewed twice a year. The catering and bar figures are each cited to a named source on their own page, and the budget percentages come from our wedding budget breakdown.
Do I need an account to use them?
No. There is no login and no email required. The tools save nothing to an account. You can bookmark a result because the numbers travel in the page web address, but that is optional and stays on your device.
How accurate are the results?
They are solid national-average starting points, not quotes. Wedding costs swing hard by region and season, so treat the output as a well-informed baseline and plug in your own vendor numbers wherever you have them.
